  • Booking and Payment: Reservations are confirmed once full payment or agreed deposit has been received. Rates may vary depending on the season and number of guests. Guests are responsible for verifying reservation details before making payment.
  • Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. onward. Check-out must be completed before 12:00 p.m. Requests outside these hours are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
  • Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking channel. For direct bookings, at least 7 days’ notice is required for partial refunds. No refunds are issued for early departures or late cancellations.
  • Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Casa Junab is not liable for accidents, theft, or loss of personal belongings on the premises.
  • Number of Guests: Only the number of guests indicated in the reservation is allowed. Additional guests must be authorized and may incur extra charges.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed, except in previously authorized exceptional cases.
  • Use of Facilities: Guests agree to use the facilities appropriately, respecting the peace and privacy of the space and other guests.
